Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the store and ensure all setup equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Oversee the receiving, tagging, storage, and dispatch of F&B setup items such as tables, chairs, staging, buffet units, and decorative materials.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all items using tracking systems (manual or digital).
- Conduct regular stock counts and physical verification of high-value items.
- Coordinate with banquet, events, and logistics teams to fulfill setup requests as per event requirements.
- Monitor the condition of assets and report any damages, shortages, or repair needs immediately.
- Ensure proper packaging, loading, and unloading to prevent damage during transportation.
- Implement and enforce safety, cleanliness, and organization protocols in the store.
- Train and supervise storekeepers, assistants, and loaders assigned to the store.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movements and asset utilization.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in store management, preferably in hospitality or events sector.
- Strong knowledge of F&B setup items and event logistics.
- Familiar with inventory control systems and reporting.
- Physically fit and capable of handling large equipment with care.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Inventory Software).
