Role Overview
Skyline Serenity is seeking a responsible and detail oriented Storekeeper with a valid UAE driving license to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, handle material deliveries between properties, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel. This role is essential to ensuring seamless logistics across our growing portfolio of luxury holiday homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming materials and supplies
- Maintain and update inventory records accurately
- Issue and deliver items as requested to various property locations
- Prepare and maintain daily reports using Microsoft Excel
- Ensure all data is recorded, filed, and backed up correctly
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized store environment
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for timely stock movement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Valid UAE driving license (manual or automatic)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Good communication skills in English; other languages are a plus
- Ability to manage physical tasks including lifting and moving stock
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to join immediately
