Müller’s Solutions is seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Project Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring that projects meet objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SuccessFactors projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and tailor solutions to their business needs.
- Manage project resources, including team assignments and vendor relationships.
- Facilitate meetings and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and project visibility.
- Monitor project milestones, progress, and KPIs, addressing any challenges proactively.
- Provide training and support to clients during and after the implementation phase.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and best practices.
- Managing the Data migration part.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
