Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven supervisory experience on construction sites in the UAE, with strong knowledge of safety standards, site management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage and lead site workers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to project managers
- Identify and resolve issues that may delay the project timeline
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE construction site supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations in the UAE
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software (if applicable)
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
