Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate civil/structural works at site, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Assign daily tasks to workers (masons, carpenters, steel fixers, helpers).
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages to the site engineer.
- Check workmanship and provide guidance to workers when required.
- Maintain records of daily activities and report progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of site experience in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of concrete, blockwork, plastering, shuttering, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
