Job Description:
Fast Service LLC, a leading civil and interior contracting company based in Business Bay, Dubai, is looking to hire a skilled and experienced Supervisor / Foreman for building maintenance works. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years UAE experience in civil, MEP, and joinery maintenance and be capable of managing site teams and executing work to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily site operations related to civil, MEP, and joinery maintenance
- Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely task execution
- Inspect maintenance works and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Allocate manpower and materials effectively based on site requirements
- Review and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Monitor project progress and submit daily site reports to management
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and office team regarding project updates
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in building maintenance supervision
- Strong knowledge of civil works (plastering, tiling, painting, masonry)
- Proficient in MEP systems (basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Experience in joinery and carpentry work (furniture repair, gypsum, partitions)
- Ability to read and implement technical drawings
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
