Job Title: Supervisor Nurse – Home Health Care

Job Summary:
The Supervisor Nurse in Home Health Care is responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical services provided to patients in their homes. This role ensures quality of care, regulatory compliance, staff performance, and effective patient outcomes. The Supervisor Nurse supports the field nursing team, provides clinical guidance, and ensures the execution of individualized care plans in accordance with physician orders, agency policies, and applicable regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise daily clinical operations of home health nurses and aides.
Conduct regular in-home supervisory visits to evaluate staff performance and patient satisfaction.
Monitor and review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with UAE regulations.
Provide hands-on training, mentoring, and performance feedback to nursing staff.
Participate in the intake, planning, and coordination of patient care services.
Ensure timely and effective communication between field staff, physicians, and administrative team.
Respond to and investigate incidents, complaints, or concerns from patients or families.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in UAE (Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum of 1–3 years of nursing experience in home health or community health settings.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong clinical judgment decision and -making skills.
Effective leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Working Conditions:
Combination of office and field-based work.
May require travel to patient homes and after-hours availability in urgent situations.
