Position: Sushi Chef (Full-time)

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern sushi techniques
- Skilled in preparing various types of sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and maki
- Excellent knife skills and food presentation
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety standards
