We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our team and ensure our in-house systems and applications are always up to date and running efficiently. There is flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update menus, prices, and product descriptions on internal systems and applications.
- Manage and track inventory within the system to ensure accuracy and stock availability.
- Monitor and review daily sales reports to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Prepare and submit daily updates and performance reports to management.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with technical support when needed.
- Ensure timely input of new products, promotions, and seasonal menu changes.
- Support operations by providing real-time data for kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Assist with implementing system upgrades or improvements as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role (F&B industry experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to understand and adapt to new systems quickly.
- Good knowledge of inventory and POS management software.
- Basic understanding of data reporting and sales analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability to join.

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,900.00 per month
