Job Summary:
The Leisure Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the leisure travel consultants and ensuring the delivery of high-quality travel services to clients. This role involves supervising day-to-day operations, managing client itineraries, handling escalations, mentoring the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized travel planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the leisure travel consultants in handling end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, sightseeing, insurance, etc.)
- Review and approve itineraries, quotations, and bookings prepared by the team
- Monitor individual and team performance to meet sales targets and service standards
- Resolve escalated customer queries and complaints effectively and promptly
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the team to improve product knowledge and service quality
- Conduct regular team meetings and briefings on new products, offers, and policies
- Assist in planning and implementing new leisure packages or promotional campaigns
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in leisure travel operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa requirements, and travel products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) and travel CRM systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in luxury/leisure outbound travel
- Fluency in multiple languages (optional)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
