Job Description:
Fintrek Marketing is looking for a Team Leader – Personal Loan with proven experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in personal loan sales and leadership. Preference will be given to candidates who can bring their own team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales executives focused on selling personal loans.
- Drive the team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and business networking.
- Ensure all applications meet compliance and quality standards.
- Report daily and weekly team performance to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loan sales within the UAE.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results.
- Candidates with their own sales team are preferred.
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
