Fintrek Marketing is hiring an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Personal Loan Sales to join our Abu Dhabi office. If you have proven sales experience in the UAE banking sector and are ready to lead a high-performing sales team to success, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Personal Loan Sales Executives
- Drive team performance to meet and exceed monthly disbursement targets
- Assist team members with field visits and client meetings
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Maintain strong relationships with bank partners and ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in personal loan or banking sales
- Previous experience in a team leader or senior sales role is preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Sound knowledge of banking products, loan procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Fluent in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage
- Currently in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
