The Emerald Wings Real Estate LLC is looking for a dynamic and driven Team Leader to join our expanding real estate division in Dubai.

With over a decade of experience in Dubai’s real estate industry, we specialize in off-plan and secondary markets, as well as commercial real estate opportunities.
Position: Real Estate Team Leader
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 2–3 years in Dubai Real Estate
Commission: Earn up to 50% Commission
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Dubai Real Estate Market Expertise (minimum 2–3 years)
- Strong knowledge of RERA & Dubai Land Department regulations
- Leadership skills in team management & performance improvement
- CRM system proficiency
- Client relationship management excellence
- Experience in training & mentoring real estate agents
