POSITION: TECHNICAL SITE MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably Middle Eastern or F I li pino
- 10 years+ site experience in the fit-out industry
- Experience in glass and decorative metals is a plus
- Ability to manage multicultural teams (Arabs, Indians, Fil ipi nos etc…)
- Managerial ability to include proper resource allocation, logistics, and project budgeting considerations
- Is expected to allocate several site foremen and teams, as well as oversee their quality of work on site
- More time is expected to be spent on sites than in the office
- Driving License, Engineering background, and English language are a MUST
- Arabic is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visit sites on a daily basis, and relay information to the office (more time is expected to be spent on sites than in the office)
- Attend site meetings on behalf of Mirodec
- Allocate several foremen and teams to site projects and oversee their quality of work
- Oversee the technical aspects of decorative glass projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project management and design teams.
- Review and approve technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct technical training for staff and clients.
