we are looking to hire a Female Tele Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-spoken, and responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls related to our real estate projects. This role involves generating leads, updating records, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote current real estate projects.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain follow-up with potential leads through regular calls and messages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database.
- Support the sales and CRM team with client communications.
- Achieve daily call targets and contribute to the lead generation pipeline.
- Provide a pleasant customer service experience and represent the company positively.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or Arabic is an advantage).
- computer skills and knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
