Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate leads, promote products/services, or provide support. You must have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients from the provided database.
- Promote products or services and explain their benefits clearly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them as needed.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline.
- Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a high level of professionalism on all calls.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or similar role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English].
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle stress and rejection.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual abilities.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or BPO/call center roles.
- Knowledge of the company’s industry or product line.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 10.00am - 7.00 pm
- Company Visa Will Be Provided and Medical Insurance

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
