- Direct the leads to the field sales team when required
- Find fresh sales opportunities through cold calls, or email.
- Route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.
- Connect with the potential customer or the businesses via telephone to promote services
- Explain the benefits of the services to potential clients.
- Deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.
- Get customers details that include names, position, phone numbers, etc. for further process.
- Maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.

Urgently looking for a smart and energetic female candidate to join our team as telecaller .
- Candidate should be female
- Must have own or sponsored visa
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, listening skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Proficient in Windows-based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer service experience in a call center for banking or financial services or business setup companies
- Fluent in English , Malayalam or Hindi
