Telemarketer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketer to generate sales or set appointments by contacting potential customers via phone. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential clients to buy products or services and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
• Promote products or services using persuasive techniques
• Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs
• Record customer information accurately in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales team
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Handle customer objections and respond professionally
• Maintain call records and provide reports to the supervisor

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
