We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telephone Sales Executives to join our energetic sales team.
Job Description
As a Telephone Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services/products, and converting leads into successful sales. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth and building long-term relationships with clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell company services/products
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to close deals
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Update CRM systems with accurate information about leads and interactions
- Work closely with the sales manager and marketing team to refine pitches and strategies
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call center sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English
- Confident telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a passion for sales and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills
