Job Summary:
We are actively hiring experienced Telesales Executives from the iGaming industry who are fluent in Hindi, English, and one South language (Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu). The ideal candidate should be persuasive, target-oriented, and available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing players to promote our gaming products and offers.
- Convert leads into active users by explaining product features, bonuses, and promotions.
- Handle player queries related to registration, deposits, withdrawals, and offers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build rapport with clients to ensure retention.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Work in coordination with marketing, customer support, and compliance teams.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the iGaming sector.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in iGaming / online gaming / betting.
- Strong sales and convincing skills with a go-getter attitude.
- Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and at least one of these: Malayalam / Kannada / Tamil / Telugu.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and telesales best practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per business needs.
