Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for a Tele sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, securing property listings, and generating sales leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone to introduce real estate properties and services.
- Approach property owners to list their properties for sale or rent.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, warm calling, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Maintain a strong database of leads and follow up regularly.
- Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Negotiate deals with property owners and buyers.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in telesales, real estate sales, or property acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to research and identify potential property owners.
- Multilingual is Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
