Grand Land Real Estate Broker is hiring a female Telesales Agent to join our energetic team in Dubai. Arabic speaking is preferred, but not required. Freshers are welcome to apply!

Your Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients and understand their property needs
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups
- Promote and present property listings professionally
- Manage leads using CRM systems
- Schedule viewings and assist in deal closures
- Negotiate with clients and landlords
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends
- Ensure outstanding client service at every stage
Requirements:
- Female candidates only (mandatory)
- Freshers can apply – training will be provided
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Arabic language is a plus, but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of sales is beneficial
- Real estate experience or license is an advantage but not required
