Position Summary :
As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to educate clients about the business products, offerings and services, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients and demonstrate persuasiveness them to purchase company products and offerings.
· Accurately recording details of clients purchase orders and process all customer purchases accordingly.
· Making use of the sales scripts by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
· Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs and preferences.
· Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue further.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and also to retain the existing clients.
· Continuously meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
· Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape product offerings.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Pre-Requisites :
· Bachelors degree is preferred for this role with a proven experience in tele sales or a similar role for at least 3 years, with around one year in the real estate sector.
· Excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
· Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
· Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work independently and even as part of a team as well.
