We are urgently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Export Division. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in dealing with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective international customers.
Promote and sell export products/services to generate leads and close sales.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Identify market trends and customer needs in target export markets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the export and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or international sales (1-3 years preferred).
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in export sales or dealing with overseas clients is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
