We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our growing team. This is a permanent role ideal for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and passionate about connecting with people over the phone.
Freshers are welcome to apply! Full training will be provided.
Language Requirements:
- Tamil – Preferred / Advantageous
- Sinhala – Preferred / Advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Maintain records of calls and update customer information
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the team lead
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and/or Sinhala
- Basic understanding of English is an advantage
- Friendly, patient, and persuasive attitude
- Ability to handle rejections and continue with enthusiasm
- No prior experience required – Freshers encouraged to apply!
