Job Title: Telesales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote and sell products or services, answer inquiries, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold calling.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to explain product features and services.
- Persuade customers to purchase products or services using solid arguments.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline of potential sales.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales.
- Record customer details and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or B2C telesales.
- Multilingual abilities (if dealing with a diverse customer base).
- Knowledge of the product or industry.
