Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of raw material, clinker, and cement samples according to company and industry standards.
- Quality Control from incoming raw material to finished products by analysing and taking proper action.
- Operate laboratory testing instruments (e.g., XRF Analyser, Bomb Calorimeter, Blaine apparatus, Compressive strength testing machine, and other QC lab equipment).
- Record and maintain accurate test results in QC logs and systems.
- Chemical analysis of cement and raw materials
- Perform routine checks and calibrations on testing equipment.
- Monitor sampling, checking sampling points and sample preparation for all types of samples.
- Assist in implementing quality standards and reporting deviations to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations during all QC activities.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./ Technical Certificate in Chemistry, Laboratory Technology, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in cement QC laboratories or industrial material testing.
- Knowledge of cement testing methods and quality parameters.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a shift-based environment.
