We at Global ME Recruitment Network looking to hire Textile sales executive ( Hindi speaking ) for one of our reputed client in dubai.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers (B2B or B2C) and generate leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of textile products: fabrics, yarns, garments, technical textiles, etc.
- Promote product lines based on client needs, market demand, and fashion trends.
- Explain fabric specifications like GSM, weave type, dyeing process, and application.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contract terms.
- Collaborate with marketing for product campaigns and trade shows.
- Analyze textile market trends (fashion, interior, technical textiles).
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies.
- Provide feedback to the production team regarding customer preferences and demands.
- Coordinate with the supply chain or production department for timely delivery.
- Manage client orders, invoices, and follow-ups.
- Resolve any delivery or quality issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Submit regular sales performance and pipeline reports to management.
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of textiles and fabric types.
- Business development and client servicing capabilities.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
6 to 7 Years of experience candidates preferred
Salary is 6000 to 7000 with all the benefits as per the UAE.
