Should have at least 2 years experience in corporate ticket booking and travel arrangements.
Job Purpose:
- To manage tickets and hotel reservations for employees and guests in coordination with travel agents and direct.
- Oversee all aspects of travel operations, including getting quotations, visa requirements, making hotel reservations, issuing tickets, and processing invoices.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate with travel agents to issue tickets and manage hotel reservations efficiently.
- Provide information regarding ticket costs, availability, and additional details.
- Assist in creating and modifying tickets, such as changes in travel date, cancellations, seating and meal preferences, and other special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, passenger information, and all ticketing-related documentation.
- Verify Local Purchase Orders (LPO) against the tickets issued and ensure timely payment processing.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
