Tile Mason

We are seeking skilled and experienced Tile Masons to join a leading construction and interior fit-out company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing various types of tiles with precision and quality workmanship, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled, following layout plans
• Cut tiles using hand and power tools
• Mix and apply mortar or adhesives to fix tiles onto floors, walls, ceilings, or other surfaces
• Align and position tiles to ensure uniform spacing and level surface
• Apply grout between tiles and clean excess grout
• Repair or replace broken or damaged tiles as needed
• Work with a variety of materials including ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and mosaic
• Ensure high-quality finishes that meet design and safety standards
• Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tile Mason or similar role
• Strong knowledge of tile installation tools and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Physically fit and able to work in challenging environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is a plus
• UAE experience or GCC region experience is preferred
