Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory of medications, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
- Receive, review, and accurately process medication orders from online platforms.
- Manage the receipt and processing of electronic prescriptions (ERX).
- Oversee logistics and coordination of fleet operations for timely delivery and pickup.
- Offer detailed information on medication uses, side effects, and interactions to customers.
- Address and resolve issues or discrepancies related to online orders.
- Ensure necessary approvals are obtained and manage the approval process.
Requirements
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Medications: In-depth understanding of various medications, including their uses and interactions.
- Minimum 2 Years of UAE Experience: Proven experience working within the UAE for at least two years in a relevant role.
- Expertise in Online Order Processing: Familiarity with receiving and processing orders from online platforms.
- Proficiency in ERX and Approval Processes: Skilled in handling e-prescriptions (ERX), obtaining necessary approvals, and managing the dispensing process.
- Experience in Fleet Operations: Knowledge and experience in managing fleet operations, including logistics and coordination.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
Experience & Education
- Admin in pharmacy: 2 years (Required)
- Bachelors of Pharmacy
