souKare is a health-tech start-up that provides simpler, sooner, smarter online pharmacy and healthcare essentials in the region. souKare’s digital platform is leveraging technology to deliver a best-in-class pharmacy solution at your doorstep while creating a seamless hassle-free health care journey for the end-user. Our vision is to ensure customers never miss a dose of their medication again, never run out of healthcare products and make smarter, healthier decisions going forward. We are currently looking to grow our team of pharmacists and pharmacist trainees to handle the retail pharmacy as well as assist with online orders and inquiries.
This role will entail the following responsibilities, while working along side a DHA certified Pharmacist:
o Help customers to place orders on our platform and answer any queries related to the order process or medicine availability
o Review prescriptions issued by authorized Physicians to assure accuracy, appropriateness of medication, and legality in order to prepare medications as per the prescriptions
o Customer Management – Providing accurate information to customers, in-person and online, regarding medication side effects, storage of pharmaceuticals, and dosage including frequency of use, time of day, and any possible food or drug interactions
Skills:
- Bachelor’s/ Master's Degree in Pharmacology
- Working towards DHA License or Eligibility as a Pharmacist
- 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacist Trainee in the UAE is required
- Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, and medical brands
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Structured, organized and fast-worker
- Able to join immediately preferred
- Arabic fluency is a plus!
