We’re Hiring – Real Estate Trainer (Rentals Focus)
Our growing real estate company is looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Trainer – Rentals Division to train, guide, and upskill our leasing agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs focused on property rentals
- Coach new agents on leasing procedures, client handling, and property laws
- Conduct sessions on CRM usage, lead generation, and closing deals
- Stay updated on UAE rental regulations and market trends
- Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate training, especially rentals
- Strong knowledge of UAE rental laws and procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to train both freshers and experienced agents
