The Training and Development Executive will be responsible for identifying training needs and implementing development programs that align with our highly technical environment. This role involves working closely with technical teams, field surveyors, laboratory personnel, and management to build capacity and enhance competency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments for lab technicians, surveyors, engineers, and support staff.
- Design, coordinate, and evaluate both technical and soft-skills training programs.
- Collaborate with technical leads to create internal knowledge-sharing sessions, safety training, and certifications.
- Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory and industry standards
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with relevant modules and records.
- Organize onboarding programs for new employees, especially those in lab and field roles.
- Track learning KPIs and prepare training reports for audits and management reviews.
- Stay informed about developments in industrial lab and survey methodologies to align training accordingly.
