We are looking for a Training Executive – Process & Systems to join our Sales Operations Department. The role focuses on developing, delivering, and auditing training programs to ensure our sales teams and support functions follow processes effectively. If you have a background in Salesforce CRM, process training, or real estate operations, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on organizational efficiency and sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the L&D Manager in planning and executing training programs for new joiners
- Develop training materials including process documents, video tutorials, and reference guides for sales and support teams
- Communicate and roll out training sessions, maintaining accurate records of attendance and training hours
- Conduct training audits, measure effectiveness, and deliver refresher sessions as needed
- Create and manage a weekly/monthly training calendar
- Develop and deliver training for sales, channel partners, telesales, and sales support teams
- Coordinate with IT and Salesforce teams to implement new processes and system requirements
- Launch training programs for new systems, tools, or processes introduced
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in training, process, or systems enablement (real estate preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proven ability in cross-functional coordination with multiple departments
- IT background or experience in digital tools is an added advantage
- Ability to manage the full training cycle from planning to delivery

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
