Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and management:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
- Scheduling & Dispatching:
- Supervise scheduling to ensure all bookings are fulfilled efficiently, and clients receive timely, high-quality service.
- Manage all Driver issues to ensure that they are able to deliver the goods on time to customers.
- Customer Experience
- Manage customer service operations to ensure any complaints or feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Operational Efficiency
- Optimize operational processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
- Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and operations within the transportation or related industry.
- Proven ability to manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Skills:
- Sales and negotiation skills and able to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with high-level clients and manage a team.
- Knowledge of fleet management, logistics, and scheduling systems.
- Education:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a 24X7 dynamic environment while maintaining high service standards.
- UAE DRIVING LICENSE MANDATORY
