We are seeking an enthusiastic Travel Consultant (Female Only) to join our team! If you have a passion for helping clients fulfill their travel goals and are well-versed in preparing visa documentation and correspondence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Advise clients on travel options, visa requirements, and destination-related details for Tourist and Business visas.
- Documentation Preparation: Assist clients in gathering required documents and prepare detailed cover lettersexplaining the purpose of travel and assurance of return.
- Sales & Targets: Meet individual performance targets through effective client engagement. This is an indoor salesrole – no client visits required.
- Follow-Up & Communication: Regularly follow up with clients via WhatsApp, emails, and calls to ensure smooth processing and build trust.
- Office Coordination: Handle day-to-day office work, manage email correspondence, and attend to landline calls professionally.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Self-Monitoring: Review and assess your own performance to continuously improve and exceed targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in visa documentation and travel consultancy preferred.
- Strong skills in drafting professional cover letters for visa applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be convincing and confident in client interactions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable with office tools, email handling, and managing phone calls.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
