Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and B2B partners.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential B2B clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms with clients and suppliers.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations tailored to B2B requirements.
- Handle bulk inquiries and ensure smooth coordination for large group bookings.
- Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for B2B clients.
- Maintain regular communication with partners to build long-term business relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for strategy development.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate B2B sales records, pipeline reports, and client databases.
