- Provide expert advice on travel options including destinations, transportation, accommodation, tours, and travel insurance.
- Customize travel packages based on clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and activities.
- Issue travel documents such as itineraries, confirmations, and visas where applicable.
- Stay updated on travel restrictions, health and safety regulations, and entry requirements.
- Handle changes, cancellations, or issues before, during, and after travel.
- Build long-term client relationships and maintain accurate customer records.
- Meet sales targets and promote travel deals, packages, or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high client satisfaction rate.
