Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tour & Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling both inbound (domestic) and outbound (international) travel packages, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell inbound (domestic) and outbound (international) holiday packages to individual clients, groups, and corporate customers.
- Respond to travel inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and services.
- Customize travel packages based on client needs, preferences, and budget.
- Prepare and present travel itineraries, cost estimates, and proposals.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers, tour operators, airlines, and hotels to book services and confirm arrangements.
- Keep up-to-date with travel trends, visa regulations with Global visa Services , and destination knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
- Handle post-sales support and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in travel sales, especially handling both inbound and outbound packages.
- Strong knowledge of global and domestic travel destinations, tour operations, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
