- Supervise daily operations related to air tickets, visas, and holiday bookings
- Coordinate with suppliers and B2B agents for the best deals and processing
- Handle walk-in clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage staff schedules and task allocation
- Monitor bookings, follow-ups, and payment collections
- Report daily sales and activities to management
- Suggest improvements in systems and service offerings
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in a travel agency (UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ticketing, visas, and tourism operations
- Good communication in English (Hindi/Arabic/Turkish is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / travel CRM tools
- UAE residency or visit visa acceptable
