The successful candidate will be attending in ABU DHABI, responsible for providing technical support to users, managing help desk operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking, printers, and mobile devices.
- Welling to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Arabic / English S/R/W/T – fluently.
- Professional in the attitude.
- Punctual in attendance.
- No Social Media during office hours.
- Minimum personal calls during office hours.
- Can join immediately.
Work Environment:
- Office-based with some remote support responsibilities.
