Job Summary:
The UAE Visa Sales Executive will be responsible for selling visa services, handling client inquiries, and processing visa applications. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service, and sales abilities to achieve revenue targets and ensure a smooth visa processing experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and sell UAE visa services to individual and corporate clients.
- Identify potential leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Customer Handling & Consultation:
- Assist clients with visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Provide accurate information on visa rules, fees, and processing times.
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Visa Processing & Documentation:
- Review and verify visa documents before submission.
- Coordinate with immigration authorities and vendors for smooth processing.
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of visa applications.
- Follow-ups & Client Retention:
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up on pending applications and update clients accordingly.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any visa-related issues.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in visa sales or travel & tourism.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of UAE visa types, regulations, and processing procedures.
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
