Job Summary:
As a Van Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling and distributing our tissue products to retailers, wholesalers, and other clients within your designated area. You will ensure that our products are always well-stocked and prominently displayed while identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by effectively promoting and selling tissue products.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner using the company’s van.
- Ensure product displays and stock levels are optimized in-store.
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory records and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling customer feedback professionally.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends, and report insights to the sales manager.
- Maintain the van in good working condition, ensuring it is always clean and properly stocked.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), with experience in tissue or hygiene products being a plus.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and grow within the company.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying products when needed.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
