Role Overview:

Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Vendor Inspection Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is ideal for candidates who excel in both quality control inspection and HR/administrative coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of inspection operations and project compliance, while also supporting HR functions such as recruitment and employee documentation.This is a fast-paced role requiring precision, adaptability, and excellent communication skills—ideal for professionals looking to contribute to large-scale engineering and inspection projects across the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Inspection Coordination:
  • Manage and monitor inspection schedules, ensuring timely execution across all active projects.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain all QA/QC documentation, including reports, checklists, and compliance logs.
  • Coordinate with inspection teams, third-party inspectors, clients, and contractors to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of reports.
  • Participate in project meetings with EPC contractors, PMC consultants, and clients to provide QC insights and updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date calibration and certification records for inspection equipment and personnel.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external quality audits.

    HR & Administrative Support:
  • Support the recruitment cycle for technical staff, from candidate sourcing and screening to onboarding and deployment.
  • Manage employee records including training certificates, HSE documentation, and compliance files.
  • Coordinate induction programs and training schedules for new hires.
  • Ensure alignment of all personnel records with client and site-specific requirements.
  • Liaise with payroll, project teams, and finance to track timekeeping, attendance, leave records, and mobilization data.
  • Provide administrative assistance for manpower planning, visa processing, and compliance with UAE labor regulations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in a QA/QC Coordinator or similar role within the inspection or engineering industry.
  • Hands-on experience in HR coordination, particularly in field staff recruitment and documentation.
  • Proven knowledge of ISO standards, quality assurance procedures, and HR compliance.
  • Must hold a valid CSWIP certification (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ERP and workforce management system experience is a plus.
  • Holding a valid UAE driver’s license is required.
