- Assist in verifying warehouse inventory and matching system records with physical stock.
- Support office asset audits, including IT equipment, supplies, and furniture.
- Help in checking compliance with operational and safety procedures in warehouse and office.
- Conduct basic document verification, filing reviews, and petty cash audits.
- Maintain logs, prepare audit reports, and highlight any variances or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate data entry and process adherence.
- Learn about internal control, inventory systems, and compliance requirements.
- Must be detail-oriented, good in MS Excel, and pursuing/completed a degree in Business, Logistics, or Accounting.
