Role Overview:
We’re seeking a talented and versatile Videographer + Video Editor who can both capture stunning property and lifestyle footage and transform it into scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll be involved in the entire content creation process—from concept and filming to editing and publishing.
Responsibilities:
- Videography
- Film high-quality video content of properties, agents, lifestyle scenes, and neighborhoods
- Shoot scripted and candid content for social media
- Capture dynamic B-roll footage to enhance storytelling
- Set up lighting, audio, and framing for professional shoots
- Occasionally photograph properties or agents when required
- Video Editing
- Edit short-form video content (10–90 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Add motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, music, and subtitles
- Repurpose long-form footage into engaging short clips
- Maintain consistent branding (logos, colors, style) across all content
- Stay updated on trends to apply fresh, engaging styles/effects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both filming and editing for short-form social media content
- Strong portfolio showcasing engaging property, lifestyle, or similar videos
- Proficiency with cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment
- Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of framing, lighting, cinematic movement, pacing, and storytelling
- Based in Dubai and available to start immediately
- Willing to travel locally for shoots
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
- Drone filming experience & license
- Color grading and audio mixing
- Motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Canva, etc.)
- Photography skills (property, lifestyle, or portrait)
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market
