Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design:
- Design promotional materials such as flyers, banners, posters, and social media graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing assets.
- Create templates for recurring social media content (e.g., workout tips, class schedules, testimonials).
Videography:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, social media, events, and client testimonials.
- Create engaging reels, workout highlights, transformation stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Handle basic color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics.
General:
- Collaborate with marketing and fitness teams to brainstorm campaign ideas and content themes.
- Manage and organize digital asset libraries (photos, videos, templates).
- Stay updated on fitness content trends and visual storytelling techniques.
- Assist in covering live events, challenges, and workshops held at the gym.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both graphic design and videography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
- Ability to shoot and edit short- and long-form video content independently.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
