We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Videographer & Administrative Assistant (Front Desk) to join our team. This hybrid role requires a creative professional who can produce and edit high-quality video content, while also managing front desk duties and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and skilled in both video production and post-production editing.
Key Responsibilities:
Videography & Video Editing:
- Plan, shoot, and produce professional video content for marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit videos to a high professional standard using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Add transitions, sound effects, voice-overs, motion graphics, and color grading as needed.
- Maintain and manage video files, backups, and an organized media library.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Administrative & Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors warmly and professionally at the reception.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or studio sessions.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and basic documentation.
- Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry, filing, and coordinating tasks.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
