Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in real estate video editing and prior experience working in Abu Dhabi. The role requires someone who can produce high-quality, engaging video content tailored for social media and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for real estate listings, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Enhance raw footage by adding visual effects, transitions, motion graphics, and sound effects to create engaging content.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop video concepts that align with business goals.
- Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring proper formatting, resolution, and aspect ratios.
- Stay updated on the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices.
- Manage and organize video files, ensuring all content is easily accessible and well-archived.
- Incorporate branding elements and maintain consistency in style and tone across all videos.
- Capture and edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, and other creatives to enhance video projects.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing within the real estate industry.
- Previous work experience in Abu Dhabi is required.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Experience with color grading, audio enhancement, and motion graphics.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and how to create content that performs well on different platforms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
